Biography
Trained as a chemist, Solenn Madec joined SOCOMORE in 2006 as an R&D engineer.
With over 15 years' experience in a variety of roles, including product development, regulatory affairs, and QHSE, she has developed a 360° view of sustainable development issues in the chemicals sector and nurtured her determination to help the company reduce its impact and ensure the long-term viability of the solutions it offers. As QHSE Manager, she works with the operational teams to strengthen SOCOMORE's position as a reliable partner and driving force on quality and HSE issues.
Appointed Director of Sustainable Development for the SOCOMORE Group in April 2023, Solenn participates in inter-professional working groups (IAEG) to help the company grow on these subjects and feed the company's CSR strategy. As an expert, she steers the transformation plan for products, processes, and activities, based on the specific characteristics and constraints of the Group's various entities. Leadership, commitment, and collaboration are the values that Solenn brings to bear in order to put the company even more firmly on the right track to reducing its impact and meeting the challenges that await us in 2030 and 2050
