Biography
Gail Stribling Geldien has been a chemical engineer with Boeing Research and Technology for the past 17 years. Currently, she supports the Fabrication Division in Auburn Washington, working to improve chemical manufacturing processes such as painting, plating, chemical milling, etching, chemical surface conversion, and chemical cleaning. Previous assignments include working as part of the Chemical Technology organization in inorganic finishes and corrosion research and development, and at the Portland Oregon location as a production support engineer. Prior to coming to Boeing she worked for Wah Chang in Albany Oregon a specialty metals manufacturer, where she supported the production of zirconium and titanium metal. Gail holds a B.S. in chemical engineering with an emphasis on biochemical processing from Oregon State University.
