Biography
After an engineering degree and a PhD in chemistry, Hélène Ierno-Rochais spent the first part of her career in the chemistry business unit of SNPE Group. In 2007, she joined SNPE Matériaux Energétiques (Energetic materials) where she is in charge of environmental regulatory files, including REACH registration dossiers. In 2012, she continued within Herakles, a subsidiary of Safran ; she is responsible for regulatory affairs related to chemicals for Herakles, then ArianeGroup. Her mission then consists of ensuring regulatory monitoring and providing support to sites and Technical Departments in matters of chemicals. She joined Safran SA in 2018 ; she is now coordinator of activities related to substances within Materials & Processes Department for the Group.
