How Are Presentations Selected?

All submissions are reviewed by our independent Technical Committee—composed of aerospace R&D leaders and industry specialists. Proposals are evaluated based on their technical depth, industrial relevance, and potential impact on current and future practices.

To ensure fair and rigorous review, please include:
  • Clear test results and performance data
  • Practical applicability and field feedback
  • Technical benefits and implementation insights

Priority is given to proposals that include:

✅ Joint presentations (e.g. OEM + Supplier)
✅ Real-world case studies and field feedback
✅ First-hand technical experience
✅ Follow-up or updates from past SURFAIR talks
✅ Highly rated abstracts previously not selected due to agenda constraints
